How to Approve a Calendar Request

Find The Calendar Item


1. Click on the Calendar Tab
2. Click on the Upcoming Participant Items
3. Click Edit (far right) of the resident item yo wish to approve.


Edit the Calendar

1. Edit any information that needs editing(time, date, etc)
2. Put the address in the address bar and hit space select the correct address.
3. Evaluate the time, date and decide if it needs to be reoccurring by hitting the Series button.
4. Click Next


Assignment Tab


1. Click the Resident participant Verification Photo and then hit the request Self Photo
2. Click Add Exception—A resident’s home is known as an always on Zone.  By making their pass an exception, the system will not create Compliance Events as this was a planned pass. If the pass occurs during work or another mandatory attendance event select required attendance. Select any  other terms that apply. 
3.IF THE RESIDENT is not allowed to have their phone on their person while at work or they work in a location where GPS is spotty (example: tin roof building), the Add ADM Settings will need to be marked AND Allow for GPS Communication Gap.  If they have an ankle monitor, you will also need to click Allow Tether Break.

 

Final Notes

1. Anytime a resident is not at home or in thier home zone a calendar item with appropriate exceptions must be created. 
2. Name a resident's home zone after them.
3. When naming a work zone name it after the business
