1. Navigate to https://air.corrisoft.com/
2. Click "Participants"
3. Click "Participant List"
4. Click the desired participant
5. Click "Activity"
6. Click "Notes"
7. Click this funnel to filter
8. You can filter by Type, PHI, and Author You can also sort by any of the headers by clicking them in the generated table.
9. If an attachment is present you may download it by clicking the file in the attachment field.
